June M. Doine, 98 of Marshfield died peacefully on Sunday, February 02, 2014 at the House of The Dove in Marshfield. Funeral services will be 11am Saturday, February 8, 2014 at the Rembs Funeral Home in Marshfield. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Marshfield. Visitations will be from 10am Saturday at Rembs Funeral Home until time of services. June was born on June 7, 1915 in Mifflin, WI to Joseph and Agnes (Wilkinson) Vickerman. She attended school in the town of McMillan and Marshfield. She was united in marriage to Lawrence L. "Bud" Doine on June 28, 1941 in Milwaukee. He died on September 4, 2002. Prior to her marriage, she was employed for five years at Weinbrenner Shoe Factory in Marshfield. After their marriage, she assisted her husband as a bookkeeper for their trucking business. They retired in 1977. During their retirement, they enjoyed camping and fishing. June is survived by two nephews, Lyle (Lori) Vickerman of Rothschild and Donald (Carol) Vickerman in Medford and a niece Marlene (Mike) Thoner of Manhattan Beach, CA along with other relatives and friends. Memorials may be designated to Community Bible Church in Stratford. The family would like to thank the staff and care givers at Stoney River Assisted Living, House of the Dove and Ministry Home Hospice Care services for the care and compassion they had shown June.
