Joyce Wojcik, 92, Pittsville, passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at Aster Assisted Living, Marshfield.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at Sauter/Rembs Funeral Home, Stratford with visitation from 9:00 am until the time of service. Christopher Ewan will officiate. Burial will follow at Ebenezer United Church of Christ Cemetery, Town of Cleveland, Marathon County.

Joyce was born on May 29, 1933 in Stratford to John and Alinda (Wiesman) Landwehr. She graduated from Stratford High School.

Joyce was united in marriage to Donavan Bean on August 12, 1952 at Ebenezer United Church of Christ. He passed away on October 5, 1984. She married Frank Wojcik on May 5, 1990. He died on September 18, 2022.

Joyce enjoyed playing Aggravation, doing jigsaw puzzles, knitting dish cloths, and quilting. Most of all, she loved being with her grandkids, great grandkids, and her friends at Aster.

She is survived by her children, Christy (Gordon) Elsasser of Pittsville, Kevin (Rebecca) Bean of Crestwood, KY and Cindy (Steve) Redmond of Arpin, step daughter, Ann Cahak of Rhinelander, 9 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands; sisters, Mildred Hilgeman, Angeline Koehler, Ruth Yoder, and Irene Kuyoth; and brothers, Roland, Lawrence, Benjamin, and Roger Landwehr.
