Joe was born January 8, 1958 in Marshfield, Wisconsin to Pauline Krause (Jacobs), who raised him with her husband Alfred Frischman, Jr. in Arpin, Wisconsin. Joe married Rhonda Schnurr on February 3, 1979. Together they loved and adored four children on a little hobby farm in Arpin, until their divorce in 2000. On November 5, 2004, Joe married Virginia Lichte, and they happily loved each other for over 13 years until his passing.
For many years Joe worked several different general labor and farming jobs at the Marshfield Canning Co., Figi's, Midwest Livestock (Granton Sale Barns), and numerous dairy farms around the Central Wisconsin area. Joe had a true love of animals. Amongst his recent favorite pets were his cats, Boopsie and Ralphie. Throughout his life, Joe really enjoyed driving teams of draft horses at the horse pulls, hunting, fishing, and farming. Later in live, he really enjoyed attending church services and visiting with friends.
Joe is survived by his beloved wife, Virginia, and his four dearly loved children, Joseph (Traci) Frischman Jr.(Arpin, WI), Paul Frischman, (Belleville, IL), Bobbi Sue (Mark) Scheunemann (Vesper, WI) and Rebecca Dawson (Wisconsin Rapids, WI). He is also survived by his eight grandchildren: Cierra, Kylie, Alexandra, Jacob, Exzavier, Benjamin, Otis and Oliver; and his cat Ralphie.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Pauline; father, Alfred; sister, Barbara Maynard (Frischman); brother, Roger Frischman Sr. and grandparents Chris and Barbara (Nimm) Jacobs Sr.; and his sweetest cat Boopsie.
