John T. Kremer, 90, Vesper, loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, passed away surrounded by his family on Wednesday, July 13, 2016, at Ministry St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at St. James Catholic Church, Vesper, with Rev. Robert Nelson officiating. Music will be provided by a daughter-in-law, Lois Kremer and friend Sue Wirtz. Burial will take place in the parish cemetery and serving as pallbearers will be David Christian, James Ruesch, Brad Kremer, Kurtiss Kremer, Greg Kremer and Josh Witt. Honorary pallbearers will be Gary Witt, Jr. and Ronald Dye. The visitation will be held on Saturday from 9:00 am until service time at St. James Church. Rembs Funeral Home is assisting the family. John was born on February 10, 1926 in Rozellville to Peter and Susie (Weber) Kremer and attended St. Andrew's Parochial School in Rozellville. He was united in marriage to Valeria Kundinger on October 24, 1950 at St. Killian's Catholic Church in Blenker. They enjoyed 65 years of marriage. John farmed in the Arpin area for 76 years and then retired to Vesper in 2002. John also drove milk truck and was a cheesemaker for Fairview Cheese and Dairy State Cheese for 19 Years. He was a very good farmer and always willing to help his neighbors. He enjoyed working with Belgian horses. He is survived by his wife, Valeria and sons, Ronald (Kathy) Kremer and Donald (Lois) Kremer, and daughters, Arlene Powell (Mike Visnosky), Carol (David) Christian, Susan (James) Ruesch, and Sharon (Gary) Witt. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, 4 sisters, Margaret King, Marie Ponshock, Florence Schaefer, and Ella Brandt and 4 brothers, Joseph, Edward, Leander and Theodore Kremer and 3 grandchildren, Jeffrey Kremer, Jillian Kremer and Parker Redner.
