Until we meet again…
On October 13, 2021 Joan "Joannie" Jeanette (Osowski) Brumbaugh (73) took her final adventure and is now with Jesus and the love of her life, Jimmer. Joannie was born to Elmer and Lillian Osowski on June 1, 1948. She was the oldest of 16 children. At a very young age, she started developing her nurturing skills, caring for her younger siblings whom she adored.
She worked as a nursing assistant, which is where she met Jimmer. They quickly fell in love and were married on July 13, 1968. Her heart's desire was to be a wife and mother. As their story unfolded, they were blessed with three daughters, nine grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren: Lynn and Mitch Melander (Mya and Sullivan), Cindy and Dave Miller (Dalton and Jessica Scheer, Madison, Buck, Avery and Wayne; Dillon and Anna Scheer; Darian and Bryanna Scheer, Bentley, Adalyn and Willow), Wendy and John Stodola (Sterling, Remington, Coleman and Boone).
Joannie devoted her life to Jesus and to being a wonderful homemaker. She was a very talented seamstress, cook and baker. She will always be remembered for her warm bread and buns. Joannie and Jimmer maintained huge vegetable gardens that fed their family year round.
Joannie's church family and friends have always held such a special place in her heart, and for that we are truly thankful.
Visitation will be held at Northridge Church, Marshfield WI on Sunday, October 31 beginning at 1 p.m. with service at 3 p.m. In honor of Joannie, it was her desire that you come dressed in bright colors to help celebrate the wonderful life she lived!
