Joan Marlene Herzberg, 59, Marshfield, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, October 3, 2015. A private Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, October 12, 2015 at Rembs Funeral Home, Marshfield. Burial will take place in Mound Cemetery, Pittsville. A visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service at Rembs Funeral Home. Joan was born on November 9, 1955 in Marshfield to Lawrence and Madeline (Debevec) Herzberg and was a 1974 graduate of Pittsville High School. She was employed at K-Mart in Marshfield for many years. She worked for a few short years at Dollar General and was currently employed at Walmart. Joan loved flowers and plants and her cats were very dear to her. She is survived by 2 sisters, Jean Knutson of Arpin and Julie (Glen) Hartsough of Pittsville. She was predeceased by her parents, an infant brother, David John and a sister Janice Rasmussen.
