Jerry E. Hollatz, 71, Winter, Wisconsin, died on Monday, November 6, 2017 at Marshfield Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at Sauter / Rembs Funeral Home, Stratford, where the family will receive relatives and friends from 10:00 am until service time. Burial will take place in Grace Lutheran Church Cemetery, Town of Green Valley, Marathon County. Jerry was born along with his twin brother, Larry, on February 18, 1946 in the Town of Green Valley, Marathon County, to Fred and Caroline (Carolfi) Hollatz. Jerry had been employed in road construction for many years. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He is survived by his son, Jason H. Hollatz of Junction City, a stepson, Jesse Hoffmann (Katie Schiller) and a step granddaughter, Alexa Hoffmann. He is also survived by his brother, Jeffrey Hollatz of Merrill and his special friend, Emma and her family. He was predeceased by his parents, 3 sisters, Geraldine Bandt, Darlene Hollatz and Judy Dillinger, his twin brother, Larry, a brother, Dale and another brother in infancy.
