Jerry D. Frost, 78, Babcock, died with family by his side on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at Ministry St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, December 17, 2012 at Buchanan / Rembs Funeral Home, Pittsville, with Rev. Bruce Naugle officiating. Burial will take place in Mound Cemetery, Pittsville. The visiation will be held on Sunday from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm and on Monday from 10:00 am until service time at Buchanan / Rembs Funeral Home. Jerry was born on September 5, 1934 in Babcock to Donald and Beulah (Gage) Frost and was a graduate of Pittsville High School. He was employed at Norris Cranberry Marsh in the Town of Cranmoor until his retirement. He enjoyed the outdoors and deer hunting. He is survived by his brothers and sisters, Jacquie (Carl) Erwin of Alma, Donna (Dick) Iverson of Hayward, Doris (Ken) Lemke of Plover, Sally (Gary) Raab of Wisconsin Rapids, Peggy (Howard) Pelot of Winter, Walt Frost of Babcock, Faye (Arnie) Nessa of Wisconsin Rapids and Rex Frost of Babcock. He is also survived by an uncle and aunt, Jack and Hazel Frost of Pittsville and by numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and a nephew.
