Jerome G. Linzmeier, 53 of Junction City died on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at his home. Funeral services will be 10:00am Saturday, August 18, 2012 at the Martens/Rembs Funeral Home in Junction City. Burial will be in St. Wenceslaus Cemetery in Milladore with Travis, Andrew, Mike and Alan Linzmeier, Jay Hartjes and Don Jisko serving as pallbearers. Visitations will be on Friday, August 17, 2012 from 4-8pm at the Martens/Rembs Funeral Home in Junction City and again on Saturday from 9:00am until service time. Jerome was born on April 17, 1953 in Stevens Point to Louis and Elsie (Rosandich) Linzmeier. He was a 1978 graduate of Lincoln High School in Wisconsin Rapids. After his education he farmed on his parent's home farm in the town of Carson. He is survived by his eight brothers, Ronald (Diane) Linzmeier of Wisconsin Rapids, David (Bonnie) Linzmeier of Wisconsin Rapids, Lawrence Linzmeier of Vesper, Gerald (Chris) Linzmeier of Rudolph, Duane (Charlene) Linzmeier of Wisconsin Rapids, James Linzmeier of Wisconsin Rapids, Dan P. Linzmeier of Rudolph and Jeff Linzmeier of Morris, IL. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother in infancy and a nephew Marty Linzmeier.
