James J. Spaulding, 90 of Marshfield died peacefully on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at the Colonial Center in Colby. Memorial service will be 6pm Friday, April 25, 2014 at Rembs Funeral Home in Marshfield with Fr. Jim Logan officiating. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Marshfield. Family will receive relatives and friends from 5pm until time of service at Rembs Funeral Home. James was born on August 16, 1923 in Marshfield to George and Louise (Stegbauer) Spaulding. He attended Sacred Heart School. Jim worked at Hauke Moving for many years. He was a quiet, gentle man who would sit outside in the sun and watch the world go by. He is survived by numerous cousins.
