Jacob Randall Fochs, 31, Dodge, Wisconsin, died unexpectedly of a heart attack on Tuesday, November 10, 2015. Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 13, 2015 at 7:30 pm at Rembs Funeral Home, Marshfield, where the visitation will be held from 4:00 pm until service time. Jake was born on June 30, 1984 in Marshfield to Randall and Linda (Kumm) Fochs. He attended Pittsville Elementary school and was a 2003 graduate of Pittsville High School. At the present time he was employed at T.R.W. Car Parts in Galesville. He was an avid golfer, hunter and pool player. He loved spending time with family and friends, and especially his nephew and niece, Gabe and Saders. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Maryheart Council #10522 of Pittsville. He is lovingly survived by his parents, Randy and Linda Fochs of Pittsville and his sister, Jessi (Chad) Balcom and their children, Gabriel and Sadie of Slinger. He is also survived by his maternal grandmother, Julia Kumm of Marshfield. He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Leon and Ruth Fochs and his maternal grandfather, Elmer Kumm.
