Irving N. Larson, 85, of Pittsville peacefully passed on Friday, September 13, 2024, at Edgewater Haven in Port Edwards.

Per his wishes there will be no public service.

Irv was born August 11, 1939 in Woodstock, Illinois to Leonard and Arlene E (Roath) Larson. He was a 1958 graduate of Wilmot Union High School in Wilmot, WI. On February 20th of 1960 he married the former Miss Susan J. Beaumont in Antioch, Illinois.

A carpenter by trade, he was part owner of Larson Brothers' Carpentry. And later was a supervisor for Marawood Structures. His love of woodworking spilled over into his personal life: he was proud to have built his home and many of the furnishings within. Irv was an avid golfer and bowler and usually did better when there was money on the line. Above all he enjoyed hosting Barbecue Picnics for his family at his home.

Irv is survived by his wife of 64 years Susan Larson, his children: Laurie Ann (Jeff) Rizzolo, Irving L. Larson, and Christy (Dean) Ogurek; 10 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren. He is further survived by his sisters: Esther Reimer and Diana Gandt.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter Carrie Ann, and siblings Jesse, Russell, and Shirley Larson.
