Glenn R. Christiansen, 89 of Marshfield died peacefully on Friday, October 9, 2015 at Golden Living Center Three Oaks in Marshfield. Funeral services will be 11:30 am Thursday, October 15, 2015 at Buchanan/Rembs Funeral Home in Pittsville with Pastor Fred Parker officiating. Burial will be in Town of Richfield Cemetery, Wood County. Visitations will be from 10:30am Thursday until time of services at the funeral home. Glenn was born on September 25, 1926 in Marshfield to Anton and Emma (Butcher) Christiansen. He was united in marriage on April 26, 1955 to Florence E. Klumb at St. John's Lutheran Church in Pittsville. She sadly died on January 29, 2002. Glenn farmed his entire life in the Town of Richfield and was a member of the Richfield Volunteer Fire Department. Glenn is survived by his children, Linda (Kenneth) Passineau of Wisconsin Rapids and Roger Christiansen of Marshfield; two grandchildren, Christopher (Bonnie) Christiansen and Megan Christiansen both of Marshfield.
