Gary "Gar" R. Hoffman, 53, Milladore, passed away on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at Marshfield Medical Center. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Gary was born on July 25, 1968 in Wisconsin Rapids to Richard and Marion (Hetze) Hoffman. He graduated from Auburndale High School in 1986. After high school, Gary started doing auto body work. He then worked for CN Railroad for several years. Gary loved old cars, car shows, and swap meets. He had a passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, having people stop at the shop to show off his prized possessions. He is survived by his parents, Richard and Marion Hoffman, siblings, Peter (Diane) Hoffman of Sherry, Audrey Revling of Milladore, Ronnie (Deb) Hoffman of Sherry, Linda (Tom) Becker of Sherry, Tina (Nick) Haas of Wisconsin Rapids, Bev Hoffman of Sherry, and Don (Amy) Hoffman of Sherry, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Michael and Catherine Hoffman and William and Ruth Hetze.
