Gail M. Green, 55, Marshfield, died on January 7, 2018 at Marshfield Medical Center. A funeral service will be held at 7:00 pm on Friday, January 12, 2018 at Rembs Funeral Home, Marshfield, where the family will receive relatives and friends from 4:00 pm until service time. Rev. Samuel Martin will officiate. Burial will take place at Hillside Cemetery, Marshfield on Saturday, January 13 at 11:00 am. Gail was born on August 9, 1962 in Oshkosh to Ronald and Joan Wood and was a 1980 graduate of Stratford High School. She was united in marriage to David A. Green on May 7, 1982 in Marshfield. Gail worked in the health care service until her health prevented her from continuing. She was also an active coach and co-manager for the Marshfield Special Olympics. Gail enjoyed cross-stitching, reading, stamping and spending time at the family cottage. Gail is survived by her husband, David and their son, Richard Green of Marshfield. She is also survived by her mother, Joan Wood of Marshfield, sister Michele (Merle) Ridgeway of Worcester, NY and brother Steven (Janalee) Wood of Marshfield. She is further survived by her uncle Ralph (Hildie) Jacobs, aunt Donna Andersen and many nieces, nephews and in-laws. She was preceded in death by her father and grandparents.
