Evelyn W. Kielman, 96, died on Saturday, July 2, 2011 at Ministry St. Josephs Hospital, Marshfield. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, July 7, 2011 at the Poynette Presbyterian Church where the visitation will be held on Thursday from 10:00 am until service time. Evelyn was born on April 19, 1915 in Fennimore, Wisconsin, the daughter of Oscar and Nellie (Hirsch) Gilbertson. She is survived by her daughter, Nancy (Richard) Merkel of Auburndale, grandchildren, Nicole, Rick, Kelly and Matthew Kubly, great grandchildren, Jared, Mitchell, Hailey, Alyssa and a September surprise. She is also survived by a sister, Mildred Kelly, a brother, Royce Gilbertson and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Henry Targonski, her second husband, Dale Keilman and a daughter, Janet Targonski Kubly. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Poynette Presbyterian Church, Companion Day Service, Inc. Evelyn enjoyed living at comforts of Home Assisted Living during her stay and spent several days a week participating in the activities at Companion Day Services of Marshfield. The family would like to thank Randy and Lori Breu at Comforts of Home Assisted Living for their wonderful care and unconditional love they gave mom over the last four years and Sara Reidel and the great staff and volunteers at the Companion Day Services. You all enriched mothers last years.
