Etta D. Imberi, 62, of Marshfield died unexpectedly Saturday, July 25, 2026 at her residence.

She was born February 22, 1964 in Whitewood, South Dakota to Sylvester and Bonnie Jean (Brown) Liston. She attended local schools through the 8th grade. In 1981 Etta married and started her own family.

Always being on the move, she spent years in various locations in Washington, Wyoming, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. Etta was a lover of the outdoors, having fond memories of hunting, fishing, and camping. She always had a big heart for critters.

Etta is survived by her daughter Amanda Witthauer of Clearwater, FL and her siblings: Jean Southerland of Arizona, Fred Liston of Portage, WI, twin brother Bob Liston of Mosinee, WI, and David Liston of Oregon.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her son Adam Nile, and her sister Latricia Blomberg.
