Ervin W. Jewett, age 90, of Marshfield, passed away peacefully September 23, 2021.
Jewett is survived by his wife Soh Jewett and three stepdaughters, Unsie Zuege (Mark) Webster of Algoma, Wis., Irene Pueschner, and Caroline (Randy) Oestreich, both of Marshfield. He is also survived by his nieces, Elaine Anderson, and Ruth Witt, and many other relatives as well as his step-grandchildren Haley Oestreich Smith of Portland Maine, Colin Pueschner of Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and Ross Pueschner of Eau Claire, Wis.
Jewett was born on May 29, 1931 to Wesley G. Jewett and Amy E. Sheldon, in the Town of Brighton. He served in the U.S. Navy, and worked for 32 years at Weyerhaeuser, Marshfield. He married Soh Boon Park Zuege in June 1978. He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters Dorothy, Merle and Norma.
Jewett was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Marshfield. He enjoyed a long life filled with gardening, fishing and travel throughout the U.S. with his wife Soh.
