Elsie L. Hines, 80 of Babcock and Pittsville died on Monday, May 9, 2016 at the House of The Dove in Marshfield. Memorial services will be 11am Thursday, May 12, 2016 at the Buchanan/Rembs Funeral Home in Pittsville with Pastor Olaf Anderson officiating. Family will receive relatives and friends from 10am Thursday until time of services at the funeral home. Elsie was born on September 9, 1935 to Fred and Mildred (Edgerly) Gachnang in Pittsville. She was united in marriage to Ted Hines in 1980 in Pittsville and he died in 1989. She was employed at various businesses in Wisconsin Rapids and Pittsville with her last employment with the City of Pittsville. She is survived by her 4 sons, Mark Dexter of Bancroft, Donald Dexter of Wisconsin Rapids, Dan (Katie) Dexter of Lemon Grove, CA and Robert (Laura) Dexter of Thorton, CO; 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. She is further survived by 1 brother Leo (Shirley) Gachnang of Wisconsin Rapids and 2 sisters, Gladys Romanski of Minneapolis, MN and Dorothy Klunder of Pittsville.
