Duane M. Raschke, 84, Rozellville, died on Thursday, January 26, 2017 at his home. A memorial service will be held at 12:30 pm on Thursday, February 9, 2017 at Sauter / Rembs Funeral Home, Stratford. where the family will receive relatives and friends from 11:30 am until service time. Rev. Sengole Vethanayagam will officiate. Burial will take place in St. Andrew's Cemetery, Rozellville. Duane was born on September 18, 1932 in the Town of Day, Marathon County, to John W. and Lidwina P. "Nin" (Bornbach) Raschke. He was a veteran of the United States Army serving from July 1954 until his honorable discharge in June 1956. Duane farmed his entire life on the home farm in the Town of Day. He was a member of the American Legion Post 03 of Edgar. He is survived by his brothers and sisters, Grace (Ernest) Verhunce of Theresa, Doris Raschke of Stratford, John (Carol) Raschke of West Bend, Lois (Frank) Verhunce of Allenton, Jane Raschke and Dale Raschke, both of Stratford. He was predeceased by his parents, a sister and brother-in-law, Betty and Ronald Specht and a brother, Richard (Celie) Raschke. Condolences may be sent online to www.rembsfh.com
