Dr. Yeenan Gregory Lin passed away on April 4, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of dedication to medicine and family.

For almost 30 years, Dr. Lin practiced as an oncologist at the Marshfield Clinic, where he spent the majority of his career caring for patients facing serious illness and making a meaningful difference in many lives. His work before and during his time at Marshfield was a lifelong commitment. In a full-circle moment, he spent his final days in the same institution where he spent much of his career recognized as “Dr. Lin” or simply “Greg”.

He is survived by his immediate family, including Elga, his wife of 50 years; his sons, Talis and Bryce; his daughter-in-law, Angela; and his beloved granddaughters, Emi and Maya, who were the light of his life.
