It is with sad hearts that we announce the passing of our mother, Doris (Faulks) Carolfi, on February 27, 2022 in Marshfield, WI. She was born on September 14, 1932 in Wausau, WI to Lester and Margaret (Wilde) Faulks. On April 15, 1950 she married the love of her life, Louis Carolfi. Shortly after they were married, they moved to Janesville, WI where they raised their five children. Upon her husband's retirement they moved back to Marshfield, WI. Doris was proud of her work as an employee at Figi's for many years. They enjoyed traveling throughout the United States and several countries. She loved sewing and needlepoint, often giving away her handmade items. Building her own flower landscapes was a great passion of hers, to which she tended to with much enthusiasm. Most of all, she loved being a wife, homemaker and mother. She leaves behind two daughters and three sons, Iris (Webb) Jenkel of Oconomowoc and Sue (Paul) Jones of Fond du Lac, Bruce (Linda) Carolfi of Marshfield, Steve (Marcia) Carolfi of Janesville and Randy (Riana) Carolfi of Arpin. Grandchildren; Brian, Andrea, Sara, Merrill, Nick, Josh and MacArthur. Step-grandchildren; David, Jennifer, Stacy, Jed and Jimi. Eleven great-grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Louis and her parents, brother Eugene Faulks and sisters; MaryAnn Gajewski and Evelyn Schultz and last, but not least, her beloved dog Molly. We wish to give a special thank you to all those at Stoney River Memory Care and Heartland Hospice for the excellent care and attention you gave our mother. Mass of Christian Burial will be 1 p.m. Friday, March 4, 2022 at ST. ANDREW'S CATHOLIC CHURCH in Rozellville, WI. Visitation will be on Friday, 12 p.m. until time of service at St. Andrew's Catholic Church with burial immediately following at St. Andrew's Cemetery.
