With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorene M Lauer (Marshfield, Wisconsin), who passed away on June 9th, 2022 at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her son Thomas Alan Lauer; Her partner in crime William J Lauer. Her grandson Christopher Barth. Her siblings Jerold Raab; Arnold and Carol Raab, Billy Raab, Barbara and Les Pike, Donna Rae Tykac. Her parents Elsie and John Raab. She has 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. She is survived by: her children, Pattie (Norm Grosland), Jeff (Connie), Dan (Terri), Barbie (Bill), Steve (son Jason), Joan (Mark), Grandson Nick (Tommy) and Jon (Michelle); and her siblings,: Gary (Sally) Raab; Alan (Shirley) Raab; Sandy Raab (belated Billy); Dick (Laurie) Raab; Randy (Judy) Raab; Diane (David) Pukrop; Dennis (Sue) Raab; Mike (Sue) Raab; Doug (Sue) Raab. Dorene was a loving mother who adored her family. With having eight children she was kept very busy. We all grew up with many memories of Mom - cooking; cleaning; camping in the wilderness to name a few. She had worked many, many years at Sears the Yonkers. She was a devout Catholic and we went to Mass every Sunday without fail. She will be missed beyond words. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, June 17, 2022 at Rembs Funeral Home, Marshfield, where visitation will be from 9:00 am until service time with Rev. Keith Kitzhaber officiating. The service will be live streamed at www.facebook.com/rembsfuneralhomes. Burial will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, June 18 at Brooklawn Memory Gardens Cemetery, Town of Richfield.
