Donna J. Pliner, 73, Pittsville, passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2022 at her home with her family at her side. Per Donna's request there will be no public funeral. Donna was born March 11, 1949 in Richland Center, Wisconsin, to Arthur W. and Mayme (Hatcher) Stanek and graduated as Salutatorian of her class at Richland Center High School. In December 29, 1969 she married Edward J. "T-Bear" Pliner at The Little Brown Church in Nashua, Iowa. He sadly died January 8, 2009. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English in 1972 from UW LaCrosse. In 1973 Donna started her teaching career in Pittsville where she worked until retirement. She is survived by her daughter Stephanie (Peter) Belling of West Salem; two granddaughters Abigail and Sophia Belling; and her sister Arlene Stanek of Wautoma.
