Donna A. Morton, 79, of Junction City, WI passed away peacefully on September 6, 2026 at Cardinal Grove Assisted Living in Stevens Point.

A Memorial Service is scheduled for 12:00pm Monday, September 14th at the Martens/Rembs Funeral Home in Junction City with Father Biju officiating. The family welcomes relatives and friends for a time of visitation from 10am until the service Monday. Interment will be at a later date in St. Michael's Cemetery in Junction City.

Donna was born November 4, 1946 in Wisconsin Rapids to Roman and Alice (Urbanek) Czappa. She was a 1964 graduate of Port Edwards High School. She worked in the Port Edwards Mill where she met her husband, Joseph Morton, married April 27, 1968, and raised two children.

Donna enjoyed baking, exercise, walking, line dancing, dancing with her husband, travel, and settled as snowbirds in Arizona. Most important she cherished her family.

She retired from St. Michael's Hospital, prior to that they owned Morton Lumber & Supply in Junction City.

Donna is survived by her husband Joe, children Jeff & Lisa, 6 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, 3 brothers, and 4 sisters.

The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Cardinal Grove Assisted Living and St. Croix Hospice for the loving care given to Donna during her decline.
