Donna Jane Christensen, 90, Marshfield, entered into eternal rest on July 4, 2023.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at Rembs Funeral Home in Marshfield where visitation will take place from 10:00 am until service time. Rev. Daniel Thelen will officiate. Burial will follow at Hillside Cemetery in Marshfield.

Donna was born on July 24, 1932, in Sullivan, Indiana. She came to Marshfield as a young child and was the only child born to the late Oliver and Lila (Schultz) Johnson. She married Melvin J. Wright in 1954 and had 4 children by him. They later divorced. She married Hank Christensen in 1975. He passed away on July 6, 2000.

She always laughed and said she was like a gypsy - living in so many places. But now she's finally at rest with her heavenly Father. She had a good life and loved dancing, taking pictures, tropical flowers, cooking, baking, parties, and traveling to Florida for many years. Her favorite place was Key West.

She is survived by her children, David (Delores) Wright, Pamela (Steve) Hoffman, Daniel (Tammy) Wright, and Kenneth (Deb) Wright. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and grandson, Kyle.
