Dolores O. Rickman, 88, Marshfield, passed away on Friday, January 5, 2018 at Wells Nature View Assisted Living. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Marshfield, where the family will receive relatives and friends from 9:30 am on Tuesday until service time. Burial will take place in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Rembs Funeral Home is assisting the family. Dolores was born on August 16, 1929 in Marshfield to Louis and Hattie (Andres) Gebelein. She was united in marriage to James N. Rickman on October 15, 1955 at St. John's Catholic Church, Marshfield. He died on February 26, 2001. Dolores had been employed as an office clerk for the Soo Line Railroad for many years. She enjoyed golfing, luncheons with her friends, and Arizona winters with her husband, Jim. She also enjoyed her family, especially her grandchildren, playing games with them and attending their events. Dolores is survived by her son, Tom (Liz) Rickman of Marshfield and her daughter, Pam Rickman of Crivitz. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, Emily (fiancé - Beau Toske) Rickman, Zachary (Anne) Rickman, Matthew Rickman, Nora Rickman, Chase Thanig and Taylor Thanig. She is further survived by her sister, Viginia (Merle) Torkildson of Marshfield. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband, 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
