David A. Virnig, 56, Marshfield, passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at Marshfield Medical Center.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

David was born on December 8, 1965 in Marshfield to Roman and Kathleen (Chubb) Virnig.

He loved looking at family pictures, playing with dogs, watching animal movies, and going out to eat.

He is survived by his mother, Kathy Regele, siblings, Mary (Kevin) Derfus, Tom Virnig, Chuck Virnig, Bill (Joy) Virnig, Barb (Bob) Weber, Becky (Dave) Eckhart, Debbie (Joel) Zellner, Jenny (Jack) Mouriski, Mark (Christi) Virnig, Jon Virnig, and Sue (Bill) Becker, and step brother, Rob (Kim Gilbert) Regele, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Roman, sister, Lisa Virnig, stepfather, Dennis Regele

Memorials can be designated in David's name to the Marshfield Area Pet Shelter (MAPS).
