Daniel H. Sutton, 73, Marshfield, passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at Marshfield Medical Center.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2023 from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm at Holiday Inn, Marshfield.

Dan was born on November 20, 1949 in Marshfield to Harold and Cora (Weigel) Sutton. He graduated from Columbus High School. He married Carol Wolk on August 28, 1970 and had two children. They later divorced. He married Denise Burt on March 31, 2000. They later divorced. He worked for the City of Marshfield Street Department and Central Wisconsin Co-op. Dan enjoyed hunting, fishing, feeding the squirrels, and wildlife.

He is survived by his son, Eric Michael Sutton, daughter, Melissa (Tyler) Haffenbredl, son, Bailey Schiefelbein (Ashlyn), and grandchildren, Cody, Tyler, Finley, and Kali. He is further survived by his sisters, Mary Jane (Sylvester) Weis and Judith (Ralph) Hederer, brothers, Ron (Emmy) Sutton and Wayne (Diane) Sutton, sister-in-law, Denise Sutton, ex-wife, Denise Sutton, and special friend, Mary Weigel, and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Anthony Sutton, and brother, Thomas Sutton.
