Mr. Dale G. Drackley, age 92, passed away on December 6th, 2025, of natural causes in the House of Dove, Marshfield.

Dale was born August 14th, 1933 to Richard Drackley and Ruby (Morrison) Drackley.

Dale grew up on a dairy farm in the town of Lincoln where he attended grade school and went on to graduate from Marshfield Senior High in 1952. Shortly after graduating he was drafted into the Army where he completed basic training and was deployed to West Germany. Dale received honorable discharge on February 15th, 1963.

After his return he went to Los Angeles, California to continue his education in advanced electrical automation. He completed courses which were required to apply at U.S.C. such as science, physics, world history, world religion, and physiology. He went on to U.S.C. to receive his degree in Advanced Electrical Automation & Motor Control.

Dale then spent 8 plus years working in Los Angeles for an electrical company maintaining the Space Needle in Seattle, Washington.

Dale returned to Marshfield, WI where he worked in electrical construction, maintenance, and repair for Wisconsin homes for 25 years before retiring.

After retiring he became a board member for Habitat for Humanity of Marshfield.

In Dale's spare time he enjoyed traveling around the country with friends, attending the Energy Fair annually, gardening, reading, and spending time in the woods.

He is survived by his sister in law, Dorothy Drackley of Florida and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Richard; mother, Ruby; and his brothers, Russell and Richard.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
