Christine B. Miller (nee Postenrieder), 90, of Stratford died peacefully after a short illness on November 2 2025, at her home.

A celebration of Christine's life will be held on Sunday, November 9 2025 , from 1:00 to 3:00 pm with a brief memorial service at 3:00 at the Rembs Funeral Home in Marshfield.

Mrs. Miller was born May 16, 1935, in Muensterhausen Germany to Heinz and Katherina (nee Sommer) Postenrieder. She was united in marriage to Richard Miller in Pennsylvania on June 11, 1960.

She attended the University of Pennsylvania, obtaining a bachelor's of arts in German. She taught German at both Marshfield Columbus and Stratford high schools. Christine was an avid gardener and lover of all living things. She planted thousands of trees in her lifetime.

She is lovingly survived by her children Richard Miller, DVM of Stratford, Christine Miller Ph.D. M.D. of La Crosse and William (Barb) Miller, Esq. of Arlington, Va; her brother Olaf Eulitz of Karben Germany and two grandchildren Audrey and Julia.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years.
