Brett T. Green, 67, of Abbotsford (formerly of Milton, WI), passed away peacefully with his daughter by his side on Monday, May 26, 2025 at Abbotsford Health Care Center under the care of Hope Hospice.

Per Brett's wishes there will be no public services. He will be buried in St. Mary's Cemetery in Milton, WI at a later date. Rembs Funeral Home is assisting the family.

Brett was born April 19, 1958 in Janesville, WI to Homer T. and Florence M. (Behrens) Green. He grew up in Milton, WI and graduated from Milton High school and then went to Blackhawk Technical College where he got a certificate in welding and then later went on to work as a HVAC technician around southern Wisconsin.

A lover of the outdoors, Brett enjoyed hunting, fishing, and hiking in his earlier years. He as always up for just relaxing outside and enjoying a nice cold drink and country music. He was an avid Packer fan and he cherished time sharing M&M's with his two grandsons.

Brett is survived by his daughter Melissa (Chad) Welter of Edgar and their children Nolan and Emmett Welter. Brett is further survived by his siblings: Lisa Green of Janesville, Chris (Greg) Week of Indiana, and Mike (Debbie) of Milton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Nick (Rhonda) Green.
