Boyd Thomas Altmann, 20 months, Marshfield, passed away on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at the Marshfield Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Marshfield on Monday, August 13 at 11:00 am with Reverend Peter Ruggles officiating. Burial will follow at Brooklawn Memory Gardens Cemetery, Town of Richfield, Wood County. A visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Sunday, August 12 at Rembs Funeral Home in Marshfield and from 10:00 am until service time on Monday at church. Boyd was born on November 14, 2016 to Christopher and Becky (Guden) Altmann in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Boyd was the best boy. He was always happy, had the biggest smile, and loved life. He loved being outside, always wanting to drive the boat or ranger with his daddy. Boyd was fearless, always trying something new. He loved going to the garden with mom, and going for bike rides and walks with the family. His dogs Axle and Minion always loved being chased around by him. Going to the farm to see the moo-moos and the big tractors was always his favorite thing to do. Most of all he loved his older sisters, he was always center of their attention. Boyd loved trying to keep up with them and wrestling with Isabella was a daily activity. He loved swinging and going down the slide a million times. Boyd was loved by everybody, nobody could resist his blue eyes, big smile, and blonde curly hair. Boyd had a great heart always hugging and giving kisses. He will be forever missed. Boyd is survived by his parents; three sisters, Mackenna, Olivia, and Isabella; grandparents, Debra and Dennis Guden, Thomas and Kelly Altmann, and Debbie and Ken Forrest; great-grandparents, James and Geraldine Altmann, Delores Guden, and Nan Jean Oldham; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
