Obituary

Betty J. Peterson, 73 of Marshfield died on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at Ministry St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield. Committal services will be held 1pm Friday, January 15, 2015 at Hillside Cemetery in Marshfield with Fr. Jim Logan. Betty was born on August 14, 1942 in Marshfield to Andrew and Ruth (Pike) Boushack. She was a 1960 graduate of Marshfield Senior High School. Betty was married to Myron Peterson, had two daughters and later divorced. She was a homemaker and a caregiver who enjoyed baking. She always put everyone else in front of her own needs. Betty will be dearly missed by her family, friends at the Patio Restaurant and her neighbor Karen Decker. She is survived by her two daughters, Debbie (Tom) Suchomel and Margaret Zwicky both of Marshfield; 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She is further survived by her siblings, Frank (Juanita) Boushack of Akron, OH; Mary Stover of Parson, KS; John (Cheryl) Boushack of Neillsville; James Boushack of Marshfield; Paul (Debbie) Boushack of Marshfield; Vickie (Lanny) Parker of Spencer; Leslie (Mary) Joiner of Marshfield; Margie (Mitchell) Keifer of Auburndale; Ann (Chuck) Cliver of Loyal; Carol (Bob) Teatz of Marshfield; sister-in-law Evelyn Krall of Marshfield and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two step fathers, Harold Krall and Jack A. Joiner, brother Terry Boushack, step brother Marvin Krall, niece Angela Krall and a nephew Troy Krall.
