Barbara A. Wegner, 77, Marshfield, died on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at Wells Nature View CBRF, Marshfield. Private family services will be held. Barbara was born on January 22, 1937 in Abbotsford to Francis and Evelyn (Speck) Scherer. She married Ed Wegner on November 21, 1983. He died on February 20, 1990 . Barbara spent her life caring for others in the health care field. She was an avid Packer fan and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is survived by a daughter, Patty Schultz of Wautoma and a son-in-law, Russell Hoffman of Marshfield. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren, Matthew Hoffman; Adam (Connie) Hoffman and their children, Isaac and Sophie; Amber (Phillip) Dupee and their children Tanner and Audrianna; Jason (Jenny) Schultz and their children, Dezi and Ryan; David Schultz; Tammy (Frank) Niles; Phillip (Shawna) Schult z and their son Aiden; and Jenny Schultz. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband, a daughter, Susan Hoffman, 2 great grandsons, Jackson and Jacob Hoffman, and 2 brothers, Allen Scherer and Doug Scherer.
