Arlene J. Regner, age 89, of Marshfield, passed away on September 25 at Wells Nature View under the care of Heartland Hospice.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, October 11, 2025 at Rembs Funeral Home in Marshfield. Family and friends may call that morning from 9:30 am until the time of service at the funeral home.

Arlene was born on April 27, 1936, in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, to Edward and Mary (Thillen) Willis. She graduated from Marshfield High School in 1954. On April 18, 1956, she married Kenneth J. Regner at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Marshfield. This past April, they marked 69 years of marriage, celebrating the occasion with their family.

Arlene worked as a secretary for nearly 30 years at State Farm Insurance in Marshfield. Well into her 70's, she enjoyed summers camping at Soo Lake in Winter, Wisconsin, and snowmobiling in northern Wisconsin and Michigan during the winter months. She was devoted to her family and especially enjoyed time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Ken; daughters, Karen (Dan) Stelton and Brenda (Mike) Van Goethem; grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Stephanie Stelton (Thomas Scofield) and their children, Elijah and Declan; Courtney (Mitchell) Helmeid and their daughter, Kenna; and Wyatt (Jennah) Van Goethem and their son, Graham.

She was preceded in death by her great-grandson, Theo Van Goethem; her parents; and her sisters, Rosemarie (Alois) Gessert and Dolores (Donovan) Rasmussen.
