Annette L. Minor, 51, Pittsville, died on Thursday, September 22, 2016 at Aspirus Riverview Hospital, Wisconsin Rapids.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Marshfield, with Rev. Jon Guenther officiating. Burial will take place in St. Joachim Cemetery, Pittsville, and nephews will serve as pallbearers. The visitation will be held on Monday from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Buchanan / Rembs Funeral Home, Pittsville and from 10:00 am on Tuesday until service time at Trinity Lutheran Church.
Annette was born on May 3, 1965 in Marshfield to Alfred and Betty (Drackley) Thompson, Jr. and was a 1983 graduate of Marshfield Senior High School. She was united in marriage to Thomas A. Minor on August 6, 1988 at Trinity Lutheran Church.
Annette had been a pre-school teacher at Trinity Lutheran School, Marshfield for 19 years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother who enjoyed life and traveling, gardening and cooking.
She is survived by her husband, Tom and daughters, Kaitlyn (Scott) Federwitz of Wisconsin Rapids and Devin Minor of Pittsville, a stepdaughter, Jenna Rae Minor of Brooklyn, NY and a grandson, Killian Federwitz. She is also survived by her mother, Betty Thompson of Wisconsin Rapids and brothers and sisters, Carey (Curt) Rucker of Wisconsin Rapids, Scott Thompson of Marshfield, Kevin (Christa) Thompson of Marshfield, Peggy (Todd) Kroening of Wisconsin Rapids, and Brian (Brianne) Thompson of Marshfield. She is further survived by her husbands' parents, David and Christina Minor of Pittsville and in-laws, Jerry (Ronda) Minor of Pittsville, Judi (Tom) Zettler of Loyal and Kathy (Brian) Luther of Athens.
She was predeceased by her father.
