Alyce H. Mathews, 70 of Marshfield died on Monday evening, April 22, 2013 at her home. Memorial services will be 10am Friday, April 26, 2013 at Rembs Funeral Home in Marshfield. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Marshfield. Family will receive relatives and friends from 9am Friday until time of service at Rembs Funeral Home. Alyce was born on April 13, 1943 in Shawano to Arnold and Dorothy (Georgas) Sersch. She took care of her mother, daughters and granddaughter. She loved her turtle and bird. She is survived by two daughters, Betsy Mathews and Sarah Mathews both of Marshfield, and a granddaughter Casey. She is further survived by one brother Thomas (Karen) Sersch of Marshfield, five sisters, Anola (Greg) Pernsteiner of Medford, Mary (Vince) Weber, Beverly (Bill) Welch, Judy Sersch and Nancy Mathewson all of Marshfield. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Dale, and four brothers, James, Elmer, Arnold, Jr. and Jack Sersch. Condolences may be sent online to www.rembsfh.com
