Alma, M. Bauman, 97, Marshfield, died on Friday, June 28, 2013 at Ministry St. Joseph's Hospital Palliative Care, Marshfield. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm on Friday, July 5, 2013 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Marshfield. Burial will take place in Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery, Marshfield. The visitation will be held on Friday from 10:00 am until service time at Immanuel Lutheran Church. Rembs Funeral Home is assisting the family. Alma was born on August 9, 1915 in Edgar, the Town of Wien, Marathon County, to William and Minna (Boneske) Loeffel. She was united in marriage to Raymond E. Bauman on September 25, 1934 at St. John's American Lutheran Church, Town of Wien. He died on December 14, 1992. Alma had been employed at Steve Miller Cheese Company and at Figi's for a number of years. She is survived by her children, Donna (Jerry) Strack of Wisconsin Rapids, James (Vi) Bauman of Mosinee, Barbara (Ken) Hardinger of Beaver Dam, and Dennis Bauman of Wisconsin Rapids. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. She is further survived by a sister, Ruth Shuckhart of Janesville.
