Adeline A. Jeske, 92, Stratford, died on Monday, January 9, 2012 at Stoney River Assisted Living, Marshfield. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, January 13, 2012 at Rembs Funeral Home, Marshfield, with Rev. Eric Berns officiating. Burial will take place in St. Josephs Cemetery, Town of Eau Pleine, Marathon County. The family will receive relatives and friends at the funeral home on Friday from 1:00 pm until service time. Adeline was born on January 26, 1919 in the Town of Eau Pleine, Marathon County, to Frank and Elizabeth (Hekedish) Jeske. As a young lady she had been employed in Chicago for a period of time. She returned to this area and then was employed at the Edgar Basket Factory until her retirement. She was a member of St. Josephs Catholic Church in Stratford. Adeline is survived by two brothers, George (Evelyn) Jeske of Wausau and Otto Jeske of Marshfield. She is also survived by two sisters-in-law, Geraldine Jeske of Abbotsford and Leona Perlock of Stratford. She is further survived by nieces and nephews, William Jeske, Robert (Ida) Jeske, Jerome Jeske, Jay (Geraldine) Jeske, Larry (Kaye) Jeske, Linda (Lyle) Jeske, Diane (Michael) Heck, James Jeske and John (Mary) Jeske. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Albert, Lawrence, and Frank Jeske, Jr. and sisters-in-law Vivienne Jeske and Edna Jeske.
