Miss Me But Let Me Go
When I come to the end of the road and the sun has set on me, I want no rites in a gloom filled room, Why cry for a soul set free. Miss me a little--but not too long, and not with your head bowed low, Remember the love that we once shared, Miss me--but let me go. For this is a journey that we all must take, And each must go alone. It's all a part of the Master's plan, A step on the road to home. When you are lonely and sick of heart, Go to the friends we know. And bury your sorrows in doing good deeds! Miss me--but let me go.

Juanita was a devoted wife, loving and caring mother, doting grandmother and a presence that was a joy to be around. We will miss you my big sis.

If grief and pain are unbearable, then the right words of consolation are hard to find. Know then, that the love that you shared together, will prove to be of tremendous value.. A source where you can always find courage and joy. Even though it now does so much pain you should know that the sense of "far away" however will be very close to and remain! Our sincere condolences

Those we love don't go away, They walk beside us every day, Unseen, unheard, but always near, Still loved, still missed and very dear.
You will be missed by many, great respect to a big hearted woman.
Love and hugs to the Steinwagner family, Kevin

Linda, Marsha. Phyllis, and Chris I never got to know your mother as well as I would have liked to, living so far away from my Father’s side of the family made it difficult to make it to Family Reunions’, those that I did make it to are some very fond memories. Your Mother and Father came to visit me once on Nantucket Island we had so much fun with Aunt Anita and Uncle Don and my parents Corrienne & Don not sure if you ever heard those stories if I make it out there I will certainly share them. Your mother was a Lady she reminded me so much of Grandma, and I know my father will miss her so much they talked a lot. My deepest Condolences your cousin Teri

I was deeply saddened when Marcia called and informed me of the passing of my "Big Siss", Juanita. I was so glad I was able to make the reunion in Rossville, IL last August. It was so much fun. A story I told Marcia, Phyllis and Linda about their mother when we were young living in Kentucky. Thinking of this and how funny it is now helped alleviate the sadness. The trip my wife, Corrinne and I took to Nantucket with Juanita and Jim, my sister Anita and her husband Don. Our meeting Walter Matthau on the ferry back to the mainland. The laughter we had with Walter. This was a lingering and funny conversation piece.
I will miss the two hour phone conversations. But these words from a great song, "Precious Memories, how they linger, how they ever flood my soul" will make me remember "Big Siss".
