I'm so sad to hear of the loss of Bob. He will always be a great man. Always smiling, Always upbeat, talked to everyone and Anyone. I had the pleasure of first meeting him when he was working down at Pick N Save. He is and will always be a great friend. The support he gave both my husband an I after our son passed away was amazing. I'm still so shocked that he is gone. My thoughts go out to Paula, and his son. If you EVER need anything, someone to talk to, a shoulder to cry on. Please dont hesitate to get a hold of myself.

Sending lots of Love your way in this hard time.

My heartfelt sympathies to Paula, Nathan, and the rest of Bob's family. I consider it an honor to have known Bob, and I was heartbroken when I heard of his death.
When it came to customer service,- I don't know anyone who did it better than Bob. His smile and enthusiasm could light up a room. If something wasn't right, he'd bend over backward to fix it. His passion and heart showed through in everything he did. Customers would follow him wherever he went.
Bob loved people. He loved his family. He was greatful to have Paula and Nathan in his life, and he wasn't afraid to share it with others. Bob loved being a dad. He cherished that role. Nathan, your dad was so proud to call you his son. Paula, you gave Bob 2 amazing gifts; your love, and his son.
May friends, family, and God uphold you and give you comfort and love during this difficult time. You are in my prayers.

Bob, you will be missed by everyone associated with the Reality Store at the middle school. The students always enjoyed seeing you participate each of the years. You brought so much enthusiasm with you and spread that throughout the store. The grocery store always had some of the longest lines because the students loved talking with you throughout the time they were in the store. You made the store very special by your presence. Our deepest sympathies from the middle school staff

Bob you will be truely missed as a friend & co worker. You were hands down the best at customer service, I never saw anyone get so many hugs or give so many hugs to our guests. The world lost a great man and a great role model. Bob always put his family first before all else while always with a smile on his face. I was so lucky to work with you at Copps, Pick 'n Save and Festival Foods. We all will truely miss you and the happiness you brought to us all.
You are now free of your pain & suffering and with our savior Jesus, forever looking down from the heavens at your wonderful family and friends.
God Bless you Bob!

My family first met Bob when our oldest daughter took a 4K field trip to Festival. He was so great with the kids. Ever since the field trip our daughters looked for Bob every time we went to the grocery. He always greeted them with a huge smile and friendly words. We start our shopping and Bob would always find us and give out a cookie or jello. He was a very kind and generous man.

To his family, we are truly sorry for your loss.

I met Bob not too long ago as an ambassador for our local chamber. He had a positive impact on me the moment we were first introduced and I enjoyed attending functions where we got to visit. Our community was fortunate to have him and he'll be missed even by the people he didn't know for a long time. I hope to meet him again someday but until then, he will always be remembered. My prayers are with the family.

As so many people have posted, Bob always had a smile on his face. MY kids and I love to shop at Festival Foods. My youngest ask "Does he ever stop smiling?" I didn't know him personally but it was always great to see a smile beaming from his face especially when the kids aren't being the best in the grocery store. :)

Bob was truly a great guy and did what ever he could to help others. He always talked about how great his wife is and how much he loved his son. Bob was a big Cincinnati Bearcats fan which happened to be rather close to where I once lived. For everything that he did for me the only thing he ever asked for was a bearcats hat. RIP Bob, Love you man
